We provide a bespoke design and project management service for your commercial solar installation from initial concept design to installation and maintenance. Safety and quality are at the forefront of our operational ethos. We work safely to protect the client and provide quality to ensure optimum operation over the renewable installation’s life cycle.

Funding Solutions.
The shift to on-site self-generation requires investment and this can be a barrier for some businesses. We can offer various funding solutions based on the level of investment you are comfortable with and provide detailed calculations so that you can make the correct commercial decision for you company.
We will, as part of our service, prepare a business case to demonstrate, cash flow, return on investment and life cycle costs.
Solar loan.
Solar panel ownership with no upfront costs. This loan is normally taken over a five to a seven-year term. Through energy savings we ensure that you are cash positive in year one. We offer a maintenance package as a minimum for the term of the loan. It comes with our solar panel workmanship and product warranties, and we will seek to advise on how to best benefit from current grants and tax incentives.
Solar Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) .
Through a PPA we can fund the entire installation allowing your business to reap the benefits of generating clean electricity and lowering your carbon footprint, whilst preserving capital.
You get the solar panel system, installation, and maintenance on us, backed by a full warranty and workmanship. You pay nothing upfront, and you save money from day one by benefitting from 10-30% energy savings. There is no operational responsibility as we insure, operate, maintain and manage the system for the full term of the agreement.
Outright purchase.
If you have the funds, you can simply self-finance and pay for the equipment yourself. You obtain the benefit from the full energy savings straight away.
Your business will have full ownership from day one and responsibility for the operation of your system so it’s important to factor in life cycle maintenance and replacement. We of course provide the same level of service and support. There are also tax benefits that you can take advantage of. You will recoup your initial investment before you make real savings, so system designs that present low payback periods make the most sense.
Tax Incentives and Grants: Solar panel investment may be partially offset by grants or through corporate tax breaks. It’s a landscape that is subject to change (most recently April 2023) and can be confusing to grasp. Our consultants keep appraised of latest developments in policy both nationally and regionally to ensure that you can take maximum advantage of the current tax benefits and grant programmes.
